ST MARKS COMMUNITY & ENTERPRISE CENTRE
Serving the community in Northwood
St Marks CEC is a registered charity operating in Northwood, Kirkby. The charity runs a community and enterprise centre, which is a combination of office space and community rooms. (This is made of the old ‘church hall’ and ‘vicarage’).
The charities aim is to enable community members and groups to have easy access to organisations which exist for their benefit. And also to provide a charitable hub where various organisations can network and link in with one another.
We currently have three existing tenants; Tomorrows People, Prism Foundation and Community Cooks who all operate very successfully on this basis.
We are keen that the remaining office space we have available will also be taken up by a charitable organisation or social enterprise, as this is very much the ethos of the charity.
We currently have two offices available for rental:
OFFICE 1 (within the centre part of the building)
41.1sq m £5000pa + £710pa service charge
This also includes within it an additional office which may be used as a manager’s office or private interview room etc.
OFFICE 2 (within the house part of the building)
18sq m £2250pa + £187.50pa service charge
Rent for both offices includes buildings insurance.
Service charge for office 1 includes gas, electric and water charges.
Service charge for office 2 includes as office 1 with the addition of a cleaner.
Car parking is available on site.
In addition to this office space we also have various sized meeting rooms available for hourly bookings at very reasonable prices.
